London and Melbourne-based multi-asset online broker, ThinkMarkets, has announced significant upgrades to its ThinkTrader web platform. These enhancements, revealed on February 23, 2023, provide users with greater customization options, direct access to the support team, real-time market news, and an extensive economic calendar.
The updated user interface allows ThinkTrader Web users to resize and rearrange display windows, tailoring their trading experience to personal preferences. Another notable addition is the ability to directly contact the client support team via various channels, including live chat and social media, enhancing the overall user experience.
ThinkMarkets provides traders with access to more than 4,000 instruments through the MetaTrader 4 and 5 platforms on various devices, including web and mobile versions of the ThinkTrader platform. Users can take advantage of 200 cloud-based alerts, dynamic charts, user guides, 120 indicators, 50 drawing tools, and 19 chart types.
Moreover, ThinkMarkets has introduced a new security feature, one-time password (OTP) verification, aimed at countering the rising number of fake calls targeting traders.
With the OTP verification through ThinkPortal accounts, traders can confirm the authenticity of calls, reducing the risk of falling victim to fraud. The broker has emphasized that clients can use this new feature to request OTP codes when interacting with individuals claiming to represent ThinkMarkets.
