They were so good in the beginning, but no? I don't know. They claim it's $5 per lot size on US30. But here's the kicker: 1 lot on US30 earns you $100 for every 10 pips. This is exactly the moment where my trust on them shattered. I could not believe that they had done that to me. I feel trapped now.

Everything in this broker is professional. They don't feel like one of that cheap broker that always seems so predatory towards your money. They also have one of the fastest, easiest, and most reliable methods of deposit and withdrawing which is a staple in trading if you ask me.

They told me to shoot them an email, promising to make things right (basically, let me close those orders at the price I wanted). So, I followed their advice and sent that email. But then, the waiting game started all over again. And in the meantime, I kept my hands off everything, afraid they wouldn't come through with their promise.
