I've trade with Thinkmarkets for a year now. So far eventough there's nothing very special with the broker, I feel very safe when trading with them. This feeling of safety are not present when I trade with other broker. Being safe here mean, I don’t have negative experiences sudh as, candlestick placements, server, deposit or withdrawal process, and trading excecution. All passed flying with colors.

I have bad review with their slippage and spreads. Oh please do something about it. It's too much slippage, too far.

While I think they have the best spreads and customer service, there are some flaws I want to point out. I didn't do it for bashing this broker, but just to point out some aspects to be improved. For example, ThinkMarkets does not allow you to perform a trade for less than $500 when you already own the share. This becomes a problem when I want to do a small $200 AUD top up I can't on ThinkMarkets because the platform blocks me but other brokers such as stake allow this.

They just can't be honest when it comes to withdrawal! After several attempts, by mail, by chat, and by phone, there was no one who could answer me and tells me where is my money located. That is not the only problem with this broker. They have a very high slippage in the spreads, in fact, they reach more than 300% in some cases. They used to be so good, but now this company has dropped a lot in quality and it's getting worse. A lot of my peers has closed their account and moved to another broker, I might follow their steps soon.

Amazing client service, always available and willing to help always with a high level of knowledge and kindness. But that is not everything, ThinkMarkets also have one of the best transactions speed I have ever experienced. This is one of the best platforms I have used so far. One of the best things I am very satisfied with is fast execution. While it is not perfect, it still offers everything I need.

Great mobile platform, which is a plus for a busy trader like me. Withdrawal takes around 5-7 working days, but I think that's okay.
