What is the possibility of trading cryptocurrency on the cTrader platforms? Is it possible?
Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with MT4 and MT5 (geez I know they are very popular). I just like cTrader better, been using them for years.

I can't stress this enough, but having a super patient and caring customer support operator is crucial. They really listen to me carefully and guide me through the steps, even when I was panicking. Thanks to them I managed to save my account and my traders as well! Sadly I couldn't remember their name due to panicking.

This broker is all-around professional for sure! I have used the broker since 2019 and their quality is getting even better. I'm really glad to find one broker that actually trying to meet my needs. They have never had any issues when it comes to withdrawal! Which I really appreciate. There are days when the withdrawal seems longer, but that is just the transactions and nothing more.

Will there be any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals in IC Markets? I mostly paid using my debit cards, but there will time when I would prefer an e-wallet. Personally, I can understand when a broker charged a deposit or withdrawal fees, but I prefer to know it before paying anything. I also would like to know which payment options have the most affordable fees.

I'm a new trader here and have been looking for an excellent broker to trade CFD assets. After asking around, a lot of people suggested IC Markets, apparently, this broker is known to be the best CFD broker. However, I have questions regarding their rules on CFD products. Does the official website say that the CFD trading has a flexible lot size? What does that mean? How does this benefit me?

From the top, IC Markets has the best spreads among most brokers I have tried before. But that's not why I wrote this review. I have some problems with their market orders. Sometimes it just doesn't execute properly or doesn't even execute at all. This has been frustrating for me since I know for sure that I DID place the order. I'm not dumb, I always make sure to place everything perfectly, there is a small chance that I make the mistake. When I come to customer support they didn't really help much. PLUS, it took sooooooooo long for them to answer!

Excellent job as always, I think I need to give more credits for IC Markets. The leverage is awesome, truly recommended it to everyone who is interested. Everything seems professional and well thought out. Keep in mind that this review is after I trade with them for 3 months so my opinion might change in the future depending on their quality.

Does IC Markets offer other forms of customer service? Perhaps through a chat room or a phone call service? I know that they have emails, but it took a while to answer. I actually had the opportunity to ask questions about them through the email service but it doesn't answer me fast enough. I have to say that I am a little bit worried because if something urgent happened, I couldn't contact them right away.

They aren't bad, but I have some issues. For example, the server sometime would freeze for no reason. This has been noticed on several demos and a few live accounts servers. Now, I have reported these and at times I had to open new other accounts on different servers. This must be addressed very urgently, I can't keep opening new accounts. Especially because this broker has a limited amount of how many accounts I can open. Getting through to the live chat helpdesk is a real pain because one has to often wait a long, long time in the queue. Other than that everything is peachy and I actually really like their spreads.

The thing about me is that I love podcasts! I think it's a great way to learn about stuff, I can just take my AirPods and learn something new while I go about my day. When I heard that IC Markets has a podcast I am joyful. My folks told me about it, but he uses Spotify since he is on the Android team. I was hoping this podcast was available on iTunes since that is what I use. Please tell me if they do. Big thanks.
