I deposited using PlusDebit IDR (BNI VA), coincidentally my account is BNI. Funds enter the trading account no more than 30 seconds after confirmation at the ATM. Oh yes, for e-Wallet, it is recommended to use Neteller or Skrill so you can withdraw using the same method. If you deposit via Fasapay, then withdraw via Wire TF. Disadvantages:

-Depo PlusDebitIDR can only be USD, can't be based on other currencies (EUR, GBP, SGD, etc.) so if your trading account has a base currency other than IDR, it must be exchanged (don't know whether there is an exchange fee or not) and you can't get the exact number , the IDR must be specified.

-The commission is decent.
