I would like to share my review of Pepperstone as my preferred broker thus far. The spreads offered are satisfactory, and the inclusion of cTrader as a trading platform is brilliant. While the customer service may not be the quickest or the most proactive in assisting, overall, I have found Pepperstone to be my preferred choice.

Additionally, I have noticed that their YouTube channel has been adding value recently with some informative and engaging content. It's great to see them providing educational resources to support their traders.

I wanted to provide an update regarding an issue I experienced today with withdrawals. I reached out to the agent on chat, and they were able to explain the situation perfectly and assist in resolving the issue. Their professionalism and ability to address the concern promptly impressed me.

I want to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the withdrawal process provided by this broker. As a UK resident, I expected a smooth and timely withdrawal experience, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality.

When I attempted to withdraw my funds, it took an unreasonably long time, stretching out for months. This kind of is unacceptable, especially considering the fact that this broker claims to be regulated by the FCA.

To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out for assistance, my calls were inexplicably redirected to Greece, despite living in the UK. This lack of proper customer support within the country adds to the overall poor experience.

It is deeply concerning that this broker seems to prioritize quick deposits while keeping withdrawals lingering for as long as possible. This practice raises doubts about their intentions and commitment to fair and transparent trading practices.

In my opinion, this broker has failed to uphold the standards expected in the industry. I strongly believe that traders should be able to withdraw their funds promptly and without unnecessarys. The current situation leaves me with no choice but to label them as unreliable and subpar brokers.

Initially, when they encouraged me to deposit funds, they assured me that I could withdraw using the same funding method. However, when I attempted to make a withdrawal, I was informed that those previously available funding methods were no longer an option. Instead, they informed me that I could only use a method that incurs a processing fee.

This inconsistency and change in withdrawal options came as a surprise and disappointment. It would have been more transparent and convenient if they had communicated the updated withdrawal policies clearly from the beginning. The introduction of a processing fee adds an additional cost that I hadn't anticipated or planned for.

Overall, this situation has left me feeling somewhat frustrated and dissatisfied with the broker's handling of funding methods for withdrawals. Clarity and consistency are crucial in financial transactions, and it's unfortunate that these expectations were not met in this case.

I wanted to share my personal experience with this broker. Overall, it's been alright, but there are a couple of things that prevent it from being a top-tier choice for me.

Firstly, let's talk about the positives. The spreads offered by this broker are relatively low, and the commissions are reasonable. It's definitely a plus in terms of cost-effectiveness.

However, there are a couple of aspects that I find somewhat inconvenient. The withdrawal process, for instance, takes around 24 hours, and on weekends, it can stretch up to 72 hours. Personally, I would prefer a quicker withdrawal timeframe, as waiting for my funds can be a bit frustrating.

Another drawback I've noticed is the absence of zero spread accounts. These types of accounts are ideal for expert advisors (EAs) since they allow for more precise execution. It would have been great to have that option available, as it would enhance the experience for traders who rely on EAs.

The customer service team helped me a lot. Ok, it started with my account problem. So I found a way to change the password for my account and found a bug. But after this error, the password was reset and I entered the new password and the old password so I couldn't get into the account but it didn't work. So I contacted customer service and they gave me a password reset link and a solution to my problem. Also, I had a great chat about trading issues. They seem very patient to me. I find Pepperstone's customer service to be very good! Special thanks to Constantinos and the team!!

I have been using this broker platform for 6 years. Pepperstone is still the best compared to other brokers. I was able to support my parents and survived during Covid. I traded there without any problems. Order execution is very fast, but sometimes there are, but not always. Slippage happens sometimes, but not always. I would like to say that Pepperstone is a really great broker. I traded with the correct knowledge and trading strategy and did not find any problems. A reliable broker and depositing and withdrawing money there is always easy. thank you very much!

I've been scalping Pepperstone for a few months and have had a terrible experience so far. I am having trouble executing orders as the  server response is very slow and my strategy target price to entering the market is useless. And because of that, dont expect to gain profit with that order execution condition. So, I wrote to them and you know they said a system error! I am thinking of only me trade with loss because of system bugs, and yet they don't do anything about it. So instead of complaining all the time, I think I will switch to another platform as soon as possible.

Order execution on Pepperstone is very slow and I'm thinking about broker's manipulation and stop loss hunter! They are book B brokers and I feel like they were trading against a client! Whenever I order a position it is always and suddenly the chart is reversed! Even when opening a position it always needs to load even though there is no problem with the internet at all! What is happening on the server at Pepperstone?

I have been using the Pepperstone demo account for three months and am very happy to have the opportunity to trade live. However, I found a problem that I can't solve. Whenever I upload a document to its website, I always get an error. So I contacted customer service and to my surprise, they responded very quickly and resolved the issue immediately! They also explained why the document upload was failing. I am really amazed! Pepperstone's customer service is really great! Really great choice to trade with!

I still find it amazing how Pepperstone customer service provides help for their clients day after day. Their quality still hasn't changed even after years of trading with them. However, I wouldn't say that this broker is perfect. I have to be honest and understand that there are some hiccups here and there. I would say that in today's age their trading account user interface feels super outdated and I would really appreciate it if Pepperstone created a new user interface. It doesn't have to be complicated or fancy. Just so it won't feel outdated and is more user-friendly.
