Exness has undergone a restructuring in its management, particularly in key positions. Among them is the role of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), which will now be led by Elena Krutova.
As the CAO of Exness, her responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and managing specific departments like finance, HR, and sales. She reports directly to the CEO and the board of directors.
"I really admire individuals who can get things done! We all operate in pretty complex circumstances, and finding the best solutions when challenges arise is crucial. Those who can effectively perform their roles have the power to make a difference in this world," Krutova emphasized.
Krutova's journey at Exness has been quite a success story. She joined the global brokerage firm in 2018 as a senior recruiter and swiftly climbed the ranks. She was soon promoted to the Head of HR & Office in Cyprus. Two years later, in 2022, she earned the title of Global Head of HR and Chief People Officer.
Krutova's new role is not without its challenges, considering Exness recently achieved the remarkable milestone of becoming the first Retail FX and CFDs broker to reach over $3 trillion in monthly client trading volumes.
Exness achieved this feat for the first time, marking the third consecutive month of increasing trading volumes, surpassing the record set in January 2023 by an impressive 8.2%. This accomplishment is not just a feather in Exness's cap but a historic achievement for Retail FX brokers in general.
However, managing this spectacular achievement won't be Krutova's sole responsibility. She's part of a dynamic team, and working for a well-established company requires professionalism.
"My team and I are committed to personal growth, striving to become better professionals, wiser friends, and kinder family members. Additionally, we aim to contribute to our company's growth, progress, and positively impact others. This isn't just a plan; it's something we put into action every day," Krutova shared her vision last year.
