Exness, the multi-asset broker, is set to see a familiar face take charge as the Head of Talent Acquisition. Mark Harrison, who has been with Exness since 2017 when he started at the Kuala Lumpur Office, will assume this role.
Initially, Harrison was responsible for overseeing regions such as APAC, LATAM, MENA, and SSA. His background in recruitment management, including his previous role as a Recruitment Manager at Citi in Malaysia, makes him well-suited for the position of Head of Talent Acquisition.
As a Talent Acquisition Director, Harrison's duties encompass overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring. He will also manage a team of recruiters and identify promising candidates in Exness.
His responsibilities extend to building talent pipelines for both current and future job openings, leading sourcing strategies, and managing partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.
Harrison expressed his excitement about his new role within the multi-regulated broker, stating, "I am thrilled to announce that I have been promoted to the prestigious position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Exness. I am truly honored to have this incredible opportunity to lead our global strategic initiatives and drive recruitment efforts aimed at attracting top talent from around the world."
He went on to say, "This promotion represents a significant milestone in my career, and I am eager to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. I am genuinely excited about the future and the opportunities that lie ahead. With the support of an exceptional team and a company that values talent, I am confident that we will continue to attract and retain the best individuals who will contribute to our shared success. Let's ROCK this!" Harrison concluded.
Mark Harrison will relocate to Exness' Cyprus head office, where he will be working alongside Elena Krutova, Exness's Chief People Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer, as part of the same team.
