XM brokerage humanitarian project expands to the poor and unfortunate and the elderly. This time, XM broker works with the Singaporean Red Cross through their ElderAid program.

In this program, both XM broker and Red Cross assist elderly residents in Tampines who are vulnerable and live alone. XM also donated to this program to ease the burdens of the elderly in Singapore.

To ensure that our elders enjoy a vibrant and healthy lifestyle while maintaining a positive perspective, XM broker has furnished them with delectable meals, essential nutritional supplements, and various medical provisions. These include items for emergency assistance and daily well-being.

XM staff joined forces to assemble care packages filled with essential items and delectable treats to bring a smile to their faces.

Singapore is home to approximately 88,000 elderly individuals living independently without immediate support. They face numerous challenges in their daily routines, including sourcing fresh meals, managing everyday activities, and safeguarding their well-being.

What is ElderAid?

The ElderAid program is designed with the overarching objectives of enhancing the self-sufficiency of senior citizens and mitigating their sense of isolation. Befrienders willingly offer emotional companionship and practical aid to elderly individuals living in solitude. Furthermore, the time spent together reduces the likelihood of mental health issues and ailments associated with loneliness.
