According to the announcement issued by the official website, the LiteForex broker will carry out server repairs on July 20, 2019, at 10 am (GMT+3). Maintenance to improve brokerage services is scheduled during non-trading periods to minimize trader inconvenience.
During the maintenance period, services that cannot be used temporarily include:
- The broker's official site and its subdomains.
- Client Personal Area.
- Connection to the trading server via the platform.
In this regard, LiteForex urges its traders to pay attention to trading positions and strategies before the maintenance begins. When the market re-opens, all tools will usually be used. Previously, LiteForex also carried out site maintenance in May 2019. Site maintenance is a common thing to happen to maintain the performance of the website and the services provided by the broker, so traders don't have to worry about temporary suspensions that occur.
Before maintenance, there is also an update on the conditions of the copy trading account.
Besides informing about server maintenance, LiteForex also provides announcements regarding Copy Trading conditions which will take effect from 18 July 2019. In accordance with the update on July 10, 2019, there is article 3.11 in the agreement, which reads:
Trader understands and agrees that an account available for Copying trades from locked positions cannot be closed using the functions of the Trading Platform «Close # ... by # ...» and «Multiply Close By»
