Reporting from the official page, the LiteForex broker informs that the trading schedule during summer time will undergo adjustments. In the United States, Daylight Saving Time takes place on Sunday, 8 March 2020, while in Europe, it will start on 29 March 2020.
LiteForex reminds us that all US time-based forex pairs, Commodities, Stock Indices, and CFDs on stocks will open and close 1 hour earlier compared to their regular trading hours during this period. Meanwhile, the RUB (Russian Ruble) and Cryptocurrency currency pairs did not change their schedule.
The DST Schedule Needs to Be Considered When Developing a Trading Strategy
During DST, the forex trading hours will be shifted forward 1 hour, as will the schedule of important events in the economic calendar. DST is enforced between March-November with different dates each year, so forex brokers usually announce when DST will start and end.
LiteForex issued this schedule change announcement so that its traders understand the trading time before setting their strategy. Both trading and manual, as well as Expert Advisors, will be affected by this schedule change.
Apart from LiteForex, brokers RoboForex and RoboMarkets also issued similar statements. For more detailed information, traders can visit LiteForex's official website and chat with Customer Service. Traders can also listen to the experiences of LiteForex traders on the broker's testimonials page.
