Established in 2012, BDSwiss Group has evolved into a leading global broker with a presence in 180 countries, catering to over 1.5 million clients and offering a range of over 1000 instruments through its professional platform. However, its dedication extends beyond the trading world. This broker cares a lot about the community around them.
This Cyprus-based broker is pleased to share its ongoing sponsorship of APOEL Cycling Club, a professional cycling team based in Nicosia, for five years.
According to their official websites, the broker couldn't be happier to continue this sponsorship. They believe that dedication to sports and athletics is significant.
"BDSwiss wants to promote cycling as part of a healthy and active lifestyle and celebrate individual and collective success. We can't wait to see the performance of our athletes next year," comments BDSwiss on its website.
Getting to Know APOEL Cycling Club
In 1979, APOEL Cycling Club embarked on its first international race in Israel. Through unwavering commitment and hard work, this Cyprus-based club has earned numerous accolades on a global scale. A recent example is Dimitris Prekas, who represented Cyprus at the Youth Olympic Games in Slovenia in July 2023. He finished just 32 seconds behind the race's frontrunner in the lead group.
The team has continued to achieve remarkable success, bringing pride to Cyprus. Notably, in the individual time race, Alexandra Safiri and Sotiliana Gabriel of Stavrovouni Kornos Cycling Club, along with George Kyriakidi from BIKIN CYPRUS, secured 9th, 57th, and 66th positions, respectively. Additionally, Dymov Kostov of THOI FILIA and Chloe Micharidou from ELITE claimed 14th and 18th place in the mountain bike race, showcasing their talents and dedication.
