In this reorganization, management members will be responsible for directing the company and shaping its strategic direction, while the supervisory board will focus on tasks related to control, evaluation, and advisory functions.
In accordance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders, Anton Tikhomirov, former member of the Supervisory Board, has moved to management and rejoined on January 4, 2024.
