I guess this is what you get from a long established broker like XM. The quality is really different compare to any other brokers I have ever tried before. Their customer service is really attentive towards me everytime I have a problem. They also have all kinds of bonuses which I never refused.

I am a new trader and honestly, XM is the first broker I have ever tried. Already, I had a bunch of wonderful experiences with them. They gave me a welcome bonus to test the broker and it was amazing. I made 80$ as a profit from just 30$ welcome bonus without a deposit and I made a withdrawal request using an e-wallet of my choice. They processed it almost instantly and my arrive in my account in no time.

I guess I owe an apology to this company. I made a withdrawal request, but the money didn't show in my account until the next day. Of course, I panicked and tried to contact customer service. But unlucky me, it was the weekend. They answer me the next day. They calm me down and told me that there must be a problem with the systems. They suggested I submitted another withdrawal request. So, I decided to make another withdrawal and the money was in my account the next day. Thank you for the team who did a great job helping me during crisis.

I really don't understand why XM my account without any explanations at all! I already contact the support team, but again, they can't give me a good answer.  trade with a lot of brokers, but this one is really the worst I ever experienced. As a side note, I did not leave my account unattended for a long time. I was actually pretty active.

I have been with this company for about 3 years and so far there haven't been any problems at all. My traders are always successfully executed and there is no that can cause me a lot of loss. But, there are several problems that I have to address. One of the most annoying ones is how customer support takes a long time to answer. I had something urgent last week and they took more than 48 hours to answer me. This is very frustating.

I submitted my withdrawal request in mid-November. But I haven't gotten any answers regarding this request. I guess I have been more than patient when it comes to waiting. The customer service didn't offer any useful advice or support at all. I am extremely tired of asking what should have been mine. Does this mean I will never see my money ever again?

I originally joined XM because I heard that this broker offers a deposit bonus. I was looking for a new broker at the time, so I thought 'hey, why not, they seem legit. Now, don't get me wrong, they are legit. They also provide a $30 no-deposit bonus for me. I thought I hit the jackpot. But, when I start generating profits, they suddenly closed my positions, When I asked them why they said that I was violating their terms which I didn't. The customer support doesn't help either and only said that the decision is final. Pfft what an odd bunch.

Overall, my experience trading with their live account is amazing. It's smooth and the spreads don't go as big as I thought they would. So, I can say that I had a pretty good deal trading with them. However, my experience with the demo account is pretty much hell. There are so many errors that I can't event count anymore. This is very unfortunate considering a lot of people use a demo account to practice and to backtest their strategy, I am included. So, I hope they can take care of their demo account soon.

One of the advantages of trading at XM for a scalper like me is that the spreads I can get are under 1 pip for the EURUSD pair. This facility is invaluable.

I saw some of my fellow traders who joined XM recently using new accounts and taking advantage of the NDB promotion facility. But apparently there was a problem with WD process even though the account was already profitable. Whereas what is withdrawn is the nominal profit, not the initial money from the NDB.
