They will answer any question without any hesitation and the account verification is also fast and they offer the best bonus with minimum terms and conditions.

TMG has one of the best trading platforms out there. For example, they have one of the clearest charts compared to any other broker I have ever tried before. I don't know why the charts are shown more clearly in MT4 as with other brokers but it certainly helps when I am doing my analysis or market watch. Customer service representative was also very patient and ensured all my concerns and questions were addressed.

I had some problems with this broker a while back. So the story was, I suddenly got locked out of the system for no reason. I wasn't absent or inactive for a long time, in fact, I was holding positions but I got logged out. This wouldn't have been a problem if I could easily enter again but that wasn't the case. I couldn't log in for some reason. I was so worried because I'm afraid I might lose a lot of money. Fortunately, the customer service was really helpful and soon I can access my account again. Although I am glad about the service, I would prefer that such problem doesn't occur anymore in the future.

Aside from that they also give me a lower spread and a good monthly gift. After all, who doesn't like a free gift every once in while? No problem with withdrawal, smooth experience.

In my opinion, TMGm has one of the best services I have ever seen. They are excellent brokers with prestigious licenses. Not to mention, the spreads are very satisfying. In fact, they are one of the most competitive spread brokers I have ever tried. They also provide support for many types of the port of deposit and withdraw quick processing, and quick matching order To be honest, I can't find anything I dislike about this broker yet, but then again I have only been trading with them for quite a bit so my opinion might change in the future.

Great trading experience and very professional customer service. I'm not going to lie, talking to customer service is actually pleasant, this is rare these days. They understand that the communication between clients and their brokers is so important. It helps tremendously to have that working relationship. For now, I think I'll continue trading with them for a while. Although I mainly use it for trading gold and crypto, so far they have proven to be the best in the field. Will update more if I get more information.

While I agree that TMGM has one of the best services all around, they do have flaws. For example, I have encountered a slippage issue that is kinda huge like around 10pips. However, this doesn't happen that often, only sometimes but it's really annoying that it does. I already contacted their customer service and asked about it since it's is quite huge so I want to know if it's actually my fault or is it a technical issue they need to fix? They have been very kind during our chat and now I am waiting for the solutions. Right now I'll give 4 stars rating, but if the problem is fixed, I'll change it maybe.

Back in the day, TMGM was my all-time favorite broker. I think they were very affordable compared to other brokerages with similar features. But, the best part is that they don't have inactivity fees. So I can go around and 'cheat' with other brokers, or hold my position for long without having to worry that the broker will count me as an 'inactive member'. But now, things have changed. They now charged inactivity fees, so I'm a little bit sad over it. For those who want to know, their monthly account maintenance fee of $30 will be applied if the account balance is below $500, or the account is inactive for more than 6 months.

I always find it odd that a broker would allow you to deposit through one option but denied withdrawal to the very same option. A month ago I deposited some money in TMGM through Sticapay, it goes smoothly. It gets process quick and everything. Now I want to withdraw from it again and they refuse. Claiming that they don't accept withdrawal from it. Very weird indeed. So, I decided to switch using my bank transfer and it's finally arrived safely. But my bank charge transaction fees for it, it's really annoying.
