I had some problems with this broker a while back. So the story was, I suddenly got locked out of the system for no reason. I wasn't absent or inactive for a long time, in fact, I was holding positions but I got logged out. This wouldn't have been a problem if I could easily enter again but that wasn't the case. I couldn't log in for some reason. I was so worried because I'm afraid I might lose a lot of money. Fortunately, the customer service was really helpful and soon I can access my account again. Although I am glad about the service, I would prefer that such problem doesn't occur anymore in the future.
