I have tried the Pepperstone Broker. I have tried to compare through a demo account among all the existing brokers. I think this ecn broker has the thinnest spread.

However, what prevented me from opening a real account was the CS service. what I'm worried about is if there are certain complaints where I have to complain, while the Live chat service can only speak English.

pleaseee solution guys...?

@tuti.. it could be his ib. If it's official, it's also okay to help those from Indonesia, because the Pepperstone itself is difficult to access and there isn't any support for the Indonesian language

What I like about Pepperstone is that the trading technology is already advanced, complete with an edge, then a razor account for ECN trading with raw spreads, not spreads that have been marked up.

I have been using this broker for several years without any problems. Yes, if you have a language problem, you can help with Google Translate or something like that. The type of ECN razor account is quite good, withdrawing to Mandiri is quite satisfying, 2 working days have been disbursed.

So far quite satisfied with this broker

Using Google Translate can be quite challenging, my friend. Its translations are not always reliable. When it comes to actual trading, it's crucial to comprehend the explanations provided by the broker fully. Misunderstandings can lead to significant issues down the line.

If Pepperstone genuinely intends to expand into Indonesia, it would be highly beneficial for them to offer support in the Indonesian language. This would significantly enhance their services and cater to the needs of Indonesian traders.

Indeed, it is now confirmed that the website supports the Indonesian language. However, I am uncertain about the availability of language support in the live chat, as no specific language option is provided.

Nonetheless, this development is already commendable, as the Indonesian language content on the website is thoughtfully crafted and offers a pleasant reading experience, far superior to machine translations.

IC Markets and Pepperstone are fiercely competing in terms of spreads. Both brokers have a minimum deposit requirement of $200. The winner in this competition is IC Markets, an Australian broker offering the world's smallest spreads.

Pepperstone Review

Pepperstone is one of the global brokers that provides raw spreads and is ASIC-regulated. This broker also has ECN trading conditions and guarantees the quality of order execution through liquidity from superior banks. More
