The customer service team helped me a lot. Ok, it started with my account problem. So I found a way to change the password for my account and found a bug. But after this error, the password was reset and I entered the new password and the old password so I couldn't get into the account but it didn't work. So I contacted customer service and they gave me a password reset link and a solution to my problem. Also, I had a great chat about trading issues. They seem very patient to me.
