The attitude to beginners is friendly. Support staff helps with everything. Also, they provide good analysis and a convenient mobile platform. I recommend.

Worked with them for some time. I can't say that my trading is very successful. I had both good profits, and also big losses. But Roboforex do their job quite professional and fair. In general, working conditions and service are quite attractive.

The conditions they offer are very convenient for me. The server is stable, and order execution is fast without large slippages. Fxpro client service is just superb. Spreads are fine for my trading style and withdrawals are fast via bank transfer or credit card. I enjoy trading with this broker.

So i am chosing the lot size which is dot 1 but when i place order it says insufficnet balance.

I don't understand, earlier this week I got a margin call. I was trading gold and I am pretty sure I was in a profitable position. When I realize I got a margin call I was so surprised. So I checked what was going on and I realize that the price is not the standard price as other brokers. Why is the price not the same as another broker's? Also, I did place a pending order and a stop-loss order but it did not trigger. Was it my fault? I am pretty sure I placed it, I always did every time I open a position.

While I agree that RoboForex has really great features such as smooth deposits and withdrawals, this broker also has other 'weaknesses'. One thing that comes to mind is their cent account. This account can't trade 0.01 lot, so it feels a little bit huge for someone who really wants to trade with actual small spreads. Another thing is the commission fees are a little bit higher than another broker with similar specifications, but that's okay since they executed the order really quickly, I never receive any requotes. However, keep in mind that they also charged withdrawal fees, make sure you count that before taking your profits. It's not huge, but it's something to be considered.

I was doubtful to starts trading with RoboForex, but I decided to try anyway since my friends vouch for them. After about 5 months in, I really like trading with them, and here is why.

- The spreads are low

- Order executed smoothly, no delay

- Deposits and withdrawals also go great, I never had any problems with it

- The trading platforms are very stable

- Most importantly they are regulated by IFSC

I'm really happy that RoboForex took seriously improving their customer service. I have been with them for about a year or so. During my time with them, I notice how they grow as a company and getting even better. Now they have an informative new website in addition to a modern mobile application that I really enjoy. Aside from their improvement, RoboForex also maintains their already good aspects such as fast and easy withdrawals. I like how they don't interfere with my trading such as changing the spreads and forcing me out of the markets when I'm about to win.

So, I'm a new player and this is my first time trading. My friends recommended Roboforex because it is supposedly good for newbies. Previously I have been using a demo account, but just recently started trading in a real account. However, my account keeps saying Not Enough Money on screen. I just deposit my funds earlier, when will it appear in my account? And when can I start trading?

I personally think that Roboforex is an okay broker I have tried so far, but I have only been trying two other brokers. For me, regulations are very important since it ensures my safety. But, spreads, executions time, and slippage are also played a big part. I already feel comfortable with the spreads and other things here. But I wonder is there any way I can avoid slippage completely?
