I have already downloaded the Instaforex broker but it can't be opened, why is that? It keeps loading and won't open. Has anyone experienced this before?
@Endy kurniawan: I've experienced the same thing too, and I repeatedly installed metatrader 4 (MT4) until I read an article from a fellow trader friend on forums. There are several reasons why your Instaforex metatrader isn't running as it should, one of which is because the MT4 update version is far outdated. In addition, it's also due to computer privilege settings, we can't update that MT4 version.
Reinstalling alone is actually not enough, because it turns out there are old MT4 registries that are still "stuck" and need to be cleaned with a third-party program like piriform CCleaner for example. After the registry is clear, then we reinstall from the beginning.
