Funds Reduced After Unilaterally Disabled

I want to share accounts 1436119 and 1440960 at InstaForex, which were deactivated unilaterally. I've sent an email to anti-fraud and taken a photo of myself with my KTP, SIM, and passport. And I always get the same answer—the photo is not clear, etc.—even though, in my opinion, the photo is very clear and complete with all personal identification—I request InstaForex to assist in resolving this issue. Please note: I have been a customer of InstaForex for over three years and have been trading at Om Duduy (onlineifx.com) for eight months.

Ask for help from an Instaforex representative in Indonesia. Thank you update: I updated the latest news; account 1436119 is active again, and account 1440960 is inactive. But InstaForex is unfair; after my account became active again, my funds were reduced unilaterally... Indeed, Instaforex is a scam. If we lose a trade and open a new account, we get a 30% bonus, and profits are deducted unilaterally from the loss bonus on the new account.

I am also very disappointed with InstaForex. Even though many of my friends have recommended it to Insta, I am tired of complaining to Insta, but there is no response; if trading is profitable, we are looking for our fault, so the Account is frozen; please be careful. Indeed, InstaForex is often like that; easily, the Account is disabled unilaterally without a clear explanation.

I'm sure if the account is disabled by the broker, there must be a reason. Most likely, traders violate the terms and conditions of trading. Sometimes, because of the effect of not reading the terms carefully, many feel that they have accepted them, even though they are not aware that they have actually violated the provisions. Now, on InstaForex, I want to know what kinds of violations can cause a trader's account to be disabled even unilaterally.
