eToro Offers Staking for Solana and Ethereum

Forex broker eToro introduces new improvements to its services by supporting on-chain staking for Solana (SOL) and Ethereum (ETH). This addition allows clients in certain regions to earn rewards by participating in staking in this popular cryptocurrency, which operates on a proof-of-stake network.

Staking involves supporting the network by validating transactions and securing its operations. In return, participants receive passive rewards. These rewards may fluctuate based on factors such as network inflation, total number of coins staked, validator commission rates, and broader market conditions.

With the entry of Solana and Ethereum, forex broker eToro has expanded its staking offerings beyond Cardano (ADA) and Tron (TRX ). To be eligible for staking rewards, users must reside in a country that allows staking and must hold an open position in the relevant cryptocurrency for a specified period known as an 'intro day'.
