Is anyone using the EXNESS app? If it usually closes by itself, how do you fix it?

There are two possibilities, firstly there may be a bug in the application or secondly the problem may lie with the device or operating system (software) you are using. It would be best if you immediately contacted the support department of the relevant broker.

I'm the same way too. It's because the memory on the phone is not big enough. Some things need to be deleted. I'll try that and see if it works.
