for trading Exness, it is better to use the MT5 Exness trading platform or the Exness Web Terminal....Please enlighten
@ Rudi:
I think it's better to use MT5 installed on a computer because it's more stable.
I personally have never traded via web. I think the features of the installed Metatrader are more complete compared to the web version.
I use the Exness broker, but every time I open a position via the MetaTrader 4 platform, the message "trade disabled" always appears. However, when I trade on the Exness website and open a position, it succeeds and the trade runs. Why is this, master? Please provide a solution ðŸ™
@ Bahrul Ulum:
The message Trade is disable may appear if:
1. The server is down due to communication interference or the market is closed. The forex market is usually closed from Saturday morning (dawn) to Monday morning, and on holidays where many major banks are closed (e.g. New Year).
2. You have entered the server address incorrectly, perhaps you are using a server that is not for a live account, or you have entered the wrong password, perhaps you are using an investor password that cannot be used for trading (read only).
3. You are opening instant orders and pending orders simultaneously so that your margin is insufficient, or you have approached the stop out level so that if you open another order you could get a margin call.
Stop out level = (Equity / Total Margin) x 100%.
4. You are using an EA, script or robot that opens positions continuously so that your margin is insufficient. In this case, the server may automatically block your orders.
In addition, you can check again:
1. For pending orders, is the distance between the current price (running price) and the price you specified in the pending order in accordance with the broker's provisions, because brokers usually always limit or provide a minimum distance for pending orders (in pips).
2. Is your equity still sufficient to cover the margin of the order you are going to open?
@ Rudi Rudi:
Regarding this, what is usually done is:
1. Check the login number and password to see if they are correct.
2. Check the server address, whether it is active or not.
3. Check your internet network, whether it is running normally or there may be interference.
4. If it's Saturday and Sunday, the broker's server is indeed inactive.
5. If it still fails, try reinstalling Metatrader.
@ Irwandi:
As far as I know it is possible, but it must be adjusted to the platform used, Metatrader 4 (MT4) or Metatrader 5 (MT5), because Exness broker offers a choice of the two platforms.
If using MT4, then the EA must be programmed in MQL4, but if using MT5, then the EA must be programmed in MQL5.
