Sorry, I personally have never used the Exness broker.
In my opinion, the Exness broker does not manipulate price movements on the chart like what happened at the recently viral SuntonFX broker.
In terms of regulation, the Exness broker is already regulated by one of the credible international regulators, namely FCA UK.
