Why do IC Markets keep executing my order above my intended level? For example, I placed a buy-stop order of 13.61 USD several days ago. But the order was completed at around 18.61 USD. That is way off from my intended level. This is not the only time similar things happened. I place a stop loss order at 1561.08 but, my stop loss order was filled at 1585.61.
Since I can't get an answer from customer service, I went to a trading forum and ask around. This isn't uncommon at all. I don't know why they claimed to have low latency when there are so many problems with the order.
