We apologize for your inconvenience and the in our reply. Regarding Trade and Win orders in Indonesia, it is true that there weres which occurred due to several factors such as the pandemic and the existing PSBB and we followed the government's direction and had to close our supplier offices in Indonesia. After the office reopens, orders will be sent according to the existing queue. Therefore we ask for your understanding.
