The customer department is basically nonexistent and not very good. Every time you need help, they will just keep you waiting and adding more cost. They say something and do something else. For example, they cost me 125 $ just to withdraw my money because they converted my USD for EUROs, although I've discussed it with them in writing to send ion USD. Made a USD bank account and they send EUR in the end.
