Spread Does Not Match

It was said that the spread was 0, but in reality, I couldn't find anything below 10. Even btcusd reached 400++. Sometimes, I'm confused about trading; sometimes, there are only 2 to 3 currency pairs with spreads ranging from 10-15/20, so I feel lazy. When I enter a trade, I sometimes lose 1-5 US due to the distant demand line.
