For my first withdrawal (the withdrawal request was on the identical checking account, from where the deposit was) they asked a document which include my Name, Surname and Bank details like IBAN and Name of the Bank. I send this, and then they asked again, the same thing. I send another, with explanation, where they find the small print on the document, and than they fund my checking account. Not really great experience tbh. So average it is.
