This is normal because financial companies located in a country must follow the regulations of the country in which the company is located.
You can have either one, whichever you think is suitable / appropriate.
For deposits and Withdrawals, you log in to the broker's member area. The procedures can be seen in the Tickmill deposit rules. Including deposit/withdrawal fees.
For withdrawal you login in the member area there will be a column in question. Enter the amount of funds you want to withdraw, Usually you are instructed to attach a Copy-scan of both sides of the card you deposited. Please upload a photo of both sides of your signed credit card.
