Pepperstone UK Reports 81% Profit Growth
Pepperstone recorded an 81% profit increase in FY25, primarily supported by intra-group revenue and increased trading activity, while its main trading performance tended to be less significant.

The forex broker Pepperstone UK reported a very strong financial position for the fiscal year 2025, dwith a capital adequacy ratio (Pillar 1) reaching 427% and a liquid asset ratio of 877% as of June 30, 2025. This figure is well above the minimum threshold set in the UK Investment Firms Prudential Regime for MiFID investment firms. Total Tier 1 capital was recorded at £12.4 million, indicating a solid financial foundation.
On the operational side, TradingView partner broker continues to expand its product offerings by adding 272 new trading instruments throughout 2025. The total now exceeds 1,700 CFD and spread betting products. The spread betting activity itself has been growing, especially since the integration with TradingView in 2023, and is now the fourth largest asset class by trading volume.
Financially, Pepperstone forex broker UK recorded a gross profit of £24.1 million, an increase of £13.3 million compared to the previous year. Net profit also surged by 81% to £18 million from £9.9 million in FY2024. Revenue from trading activities—which includes commissions, swaps, and spreads on CFDs as well as spread bets—increased by 15.5% from £13 million.
However, most of the profits came from services provided to other entities within the group. Revenue from this segment reached £22.9 million, up from £13.2 million, including £21.4 million which was the allocation of profit repatriation from other group entities. Additionally, interest income contributed an extra £1.5 million.
On the cost side, employee expenses increased to £4.8 million from £3.8 million. The company also recorded a release of legal provisions of £300,000 that had previously been booked, following a decision by the Financial Ombudsman Service in favor of Pepperstone forex broker in a related case.
Meanwhile, according to forex broker news last year, despite experiencing a slight decline in revenue during the fiscal year 2024, Pepperstone UK maintained profitability and distributed dividends of £6.3 million.
