EA Autopro System Migration of Funds From HF Broker to MT4

Good afternoon,

I am a user of the EA Autopro system with HF broker depositing around $500. After checking in MT4, the funds appear to be correct, but in myHF wallet it's only $0.75. When I asked the EA customer service, they said the funds had been migrated to MT4 and I don't have direct access to withdraw or internally transfer to my wallet. All transactions must go through the EA.
1. Is there such a thing as fund migration from the broker to MT4?
2. Why can't my Trading account be seen in MyHF on MT4?
3. Why don't I have direct access to deposit or transfer?
4. Why can't I see my EA on MT4 through the PC?
5. What is the best action for me to take, considering trading is new to me.
