Master Martin, Please help me review whether this situation is normal..? The FXDD chart suddenly experienced a GAP, while on other brokers such as Forex.com, there seems to be no Gap at all. If this is true, then trading on FXDD seems to be a bit complicated, as the SL can often be hit suddenly because of the sudden widening. In my personal experience, several times my position was hit with SL first because the chart suddenly widened, while on other brokers it was not the case. Please provide your feedback, Master. Thanks.

@ Joni Darwin:

Exactly when did that happen (date and time) and within what time frame. If on a low time frame (below H1) it can indeed be different from other brokers but not too far off, because of noise factors on low time frames can vary between brokers.

If on higher time frames (H4 and daily) during my trading I have never experienced any significant differences with other brokers. I trade with H4 and daily time frames, and sometimes H1 to find entry momentum, but I rarely compare price movements with other brokers.

Price gap on the daily time frame once occurred in EUR/USD on April 24th, I checked with broker InstaForex and it was the same:

But if you are not satisfied with the incident, especially if it has happened several times, you can complain to FXDD's CS. Include complete screenshots with date and time frame details. As far as I know, there used to be complaints like that which were responded to directly by FXDD.

From experience, when I wasn't with FXDD yet, I once complained about something like that, the conclusion is you cannot claim which broker's movement is the most accurate. However, in the case of FXDD, from my experience and also other traders, FXDD is not a stop loss hunter broker.

@ Joni Darwin:

If a surge like that occurs, it is best to complain, Sir. As we suggested, you can submit a complaint to the broker's CS via email so that it can be followed up.

To make the time of the incident clearer, please also send a screenshot showing the date and time of the incident.
