Rebate Held and MT4 Has Problems

One week ago, I deposited $38 on InstaForex & made a $43 rebate in 1 week. But my refund was withheld and has not been transferred because of WARNING LEVEL 2... the mother reasoned that there might be trading rules that I violated... for example, open positions and close positions before 5 minutes or five pips.

Also, even Monday afternoon, March 21, mt4 on my PC and mt4 on my Android couldn't execute trades properly. I couldn't open positions and also lost control of already open positions. Please note that my PC and Android use the internet, which is different and has different operators but has the same problem.

Has anyone experienced something like me?

That's true, bro. In InstaForex, the rule is to hold the position for at least 5 minutes. It's in the terms and conditions.

The solution has been reached... after checking my trading journal manual it was proven that none of my trades violated the rules.. the rebate has also been disbursed... thank you Instaforex.. still victorious.. sorry for my late testimony

I also experienced the same thing as Mr. Roni.. When I want to transfer rebates, there is a level 2 warning.. What's the solution? And how long does it take to be able to withdraw the rebate? Thank you in advance
