I lost thousand dollar due to bad systems

I trade with eToro for two years and apparently those time isn't worth anything for them. I recently moved to another country for a while due to work-related things. eToro doesn't have service for that country, then they forced me to close my positions which lost me a few thousand dollars as my picks weren't all in good standing at the time. Even when I tried to withdraw my fund they wouldn't let me do it. I had already stated that the account had been closed and asked that they send the funds elsewhere. Now, I've lost thousands of dollars because of their bad system.
