Gold spread is unstable

I used a $500 bonus account. Initially, it felt comfortable trading in gold because the spread was 15 pips. But as the bonus time neared its end, the gold spread became fluctuating and changed to 100 pips.
I became reluctant to trade again if it’s disrupted like this.

The condition you informed us about, where the spread reached up to 100 pips, has never occurred.
We require a screenshot as evidence of what you stated.
Please also inform us of your trading account number so we can check the account.
