Grand Capital exchange rate

Puji December 15, 2016 Broker: GRAND CAPITAL 60
In my deposit and withdrawal cabinet, I noticed a table of currency exchange rates, and the explanation states that Grand Capital uses these rates for deposit and withdrawal.

I would like to ask, will all methods use this rate? Because as far as I know, some methods have their own rates, such as bank transfers – will they not use the bank's rate?

Good afternoon Mr. Puji, Previously, we would like to inform you that the exchange rate depends on the payment/deposit method you choose. If you refer to the following page, there are several options, for example, depositing/withdrawing using an exchanger, then the applicable rate is the rate of that exchanger. If you choose to deposit/withdraw via Fasapay, then the applicable rate is Fasapay's rate. Similarly, if the deposit/withdrawal method uses a local bank, then the applicable rate is the rate determined by that local bank. Grand Capital does not set its own rate, let alone a fixed rate. The exchange rate is determined by the payment method you choose. If you still have any questions, please contact us via live chat. We are ready to assist you. Thank you.

What is the exchange rate in the client cabinet deposit of Grand Capital used for?

Could you please provide us with the link to the rates you are referring to?

@Puji: That's to calculate how much money is needed if you deposit using a currency other than USD. As you know, Grand Capital has a minimum deposit, for example, $10 for a micro account.

So, if you deposit with IDR, the exchange rate table you mentioned is used as a reference to calculate how much Rupiah equals $10.

For the Withdrawal or Deposit process, everything runs smoothly and without any obstacles. Thanks Grand Capital.

@Grand Capital:
The location is in the form when making a deposit/withdrawal, sir. But it's okay, what I wanted to ask has already been answered by Mr. Ghazali.
Thx
