Customer support really slow

I have been with this company for about 3 years and so far there haven't been any problems at all. My traders are always successfully executed and there is no that can cause me a lot of loss. But, there are several problems that I have to address. One of the most annoying ones is how customer support takes a long time to answer. I had something urgent last week and they took more than 48 hours to answer me. This is very frustating.
