New Era of IC Markets: Broker Rebrand and Joining F1 Through Haas Sponsorship
The brand you know as IC Markets has officially simplified its identity to IC. To kick off this new chapter, IC has signed the largest motorsport deal to date, becoming the Official FX Trading Partner of the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team.

As the 2025 season concludes at Yas Marina Circuit, IC Markets forex broker announced two pieces of news at once: the zero spread broker has officially become the Official Forex Trading Partner of the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team and has shortened its name to “IC.”
This multi-year deal represents the largest investment in the company's history in the field of motorsport. For the 2026 season, you won't be able to miss the branding “IC”—this branding will be prominently displayed on the Haas VF-26 car, particularly on the nose, front wing, halo, and cockpit headrest.
According to CMO IC Markets forex broker, Tony Philip, rebranding to “IC” is not just about a shorter name; it is a more concise identity for a new era of global expansion. Philip noted that F1 is the perfect metaphor for trading: a world where milliseconds determine the winner and precision is everything.
Jason Hughes, GM for the MENA region, highlighted that the announcement in Abu Dhabi was not a coincidence. With the UAE being a leading global financial hub, IC positions itself right at the center of the action.
What Are the Benefits for Clients?
- The new cTrader widget has been integrated directly into the client area.
- IC now serves clients in over 200 countries, expanding its reach far beyond Forex to stocks, crypto, and commodities.
While IC is busy on the racetrack, Pepperstone is busy in the lab. In previous forex broker news, this Melbourne-based broker was reported to be launching a massive search for a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of its spot crypto exchange.
