eToro Launches Portfolios Powered by 21Shares Data
eToro has teamed up with 21Shares to introduce a data-driven crypto portfolio that dynamically adjusts allocations based on market sentiment and trends. This innovative approach aims to optimize investment strategies by leveraging real-time data and insights.
In an important move, forex broker eToro has teamed up with 21Shares, an issuer of crypto exchange-traded products (ETPs) ) leading, to launch an innovative investment portfolio that takes a data-driven approach to cryptocurrency investment.
Named 21Shares-Flows, the new portfolio holds real crypto assets and leverages insights from monthly inflows of European crypto ETPs. The portfolio is designed to include Bitcoin, Ethereum, and various altcoins, adjusting allocations based on market sentiment and investor preferences.
Dani Brinker, Head of Investment Portfolio at forex broker eToro, explains, “Our latest research shows that retail investors around the world are more tend to increase their crypto holdings than any other asset class. This portfolio provides a structured, data-driven way to exploit the growth potential of crypto assets.”
21Shares-Flows Portfolio dynamically adjusts crypto asset allocation by analyzing market sentiment through European crypto ETP inflows.
eToro Smart Portfolios, including 21Shares-Flows, offer exposure to a variety of financial instruments, although they are not currently available to US traders.
As part of its global expansion, the multi-asset broker is also looking for authorization to operate in Singapore. Although headquartered in Israel, eToro has a global presence with regulatory registration in the UK, UAE and other regions. However, the company faces ongoing regulatory challenges, including a recent advisory from the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission.
