PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module). Is a program that automatically distributes profit/loss from an account.

PAMM is an interactive service for AUTOMATIC system trading, with the help of a trader who manages their capital and/or collects capital from investors (other traders). The main point of how PAMM-systems work is that traders have the opportunity to receive investment from other traders or by using their own funds in the account. With this, investors can use the PAMM-system to collect profits earned from deals made by the trader.

Simply put, you are investing in someone else's account. How it works, you look for a trader account that looks bonafide. open an account and you invest. You can make a WD at any time. This is like other Investments, the advantage is that you can monitor the development of Equity / balance. Not afraid of being carried away because you can WD at any time,

Among the brokers that offer PAMM accounts are Alpari, FXOpen, HotForex, Instaforex. Regarding these brokers you can read here.

The size of the deposit depends on the rules of the broker / PAMM account

Thanks

@ Octavianus Nack:

PAMM or Percentage Allocation Module Management is fund management by a trader (investor) through a fund manager with a profit-sharing percentage system. So you don't need to trade yourself. Your funds will be traded by the PAMM manager. If the PAMM manager makes a profit, you will get a share of that profit.

You can participate in the PAMM program through certain brokers, and not all brokers provide PAMM services to their clients. You can choose a fund manager based on their performance from the average monthly profit percentage generated.

Brokers that provide PAMM services will provide performance data for PAMM managers. If you join the PAMM program, choose a manager who generates the highest average profit in the long term. Regarding the timing of profit withdrawals, it depends on the rules of the broker offering the PAMM module. Some profits can be withdrawn at any time, but some can only be withdrawn after the contract period expires.

For example, at InstaForex broker, profits can be withdrawn at any time at your pleasure without needing the trader's (or PAMM manager's) approval, and you can also withdraw profits and investment funds. However, if you only withdraw the profit, you must rollover your investment funds. For more information, see: Seluk-Beluk Investasi PAMM InstaForex

At other brokers, profits and investment funds can only be withdrawn at the end of the investment period, some at least weekly.
