hello... I would like to ask, what brokers (regulated by CFTC & FCA) use the MT5 platform? Because it seems difficult to find, I want to use MT4 but there is no tool for labeling Elliott Wave. Meanwhile, if I use the default text tool in MT4, it becomes more complicated and time-consuming. If I have to use MT4, can this be overcome with a script or other method? So that labeling Elliott Wave can be more efficient.

Those regulated by the FCA UK and using the MT5 platform are broker XM, Exness and OctaFX. For Elliot wave, you can use an EA, if using a script it will only execute once. You can learn about and download Elliot wave EAs for Metatrader 4 here.
