You can look for brokers that offer copy trading, either independently or using external platforms such as ZuluTrade or Myfxbook. Basically, all MetaTrader brokers also provide copy trading because the platform has MQL signal services for autotrade as well.

That is usually called Social Trading. Although the terms are different in principle, the mechanism is the same, namely copying trading positions from the signal provider. However, in copy trading, the mechanism is a little easier because it is already run automatically by the system and this is what distinguishes it from social trading where the copying mechanism is still manual.

I think it can be considered copy trading, but manually. Usually, traders just follow their positions, buy or sell, and also possibly the placement of stop loss (SL) and take profit (TP). The size or lot size traded, of course, depends on each trader's equity.
