Masta, I need some enlightenment here.
On a website I read that JustForex is a broker and dealer. What does that mean and what are the consequences for the trader?
Thank you

For Samsul..

Regardless of whether JustForex is a dealer or not, a broker is an intermediary between clients/traders and the market. While a Dealer is an entity or individual tasked with being a distribution hand from the manufacturer to the consumer. In general trading, it is also called a sales agent, but in stock or foreign exchange trading, it is sometimes called a broker.

It's just that this type of dealer broker creates its own market with conditions they determine themselves, or is also called a market maker.

A Dealing Desk Broker is not always bad, as long as they are properly regulated. Because this dealer broker means they can also create a market (market maker) from their own users, therefore it is called a Dealer (Dealing Desk). If not regulated, this could be a boomerang for its customers.

Thanks

That is a broker where they create their own market with conditions they determine themselves (Market Maker). In this case, users trade against the broker or market maker. Basically, dealing desk brokers get their biggest profit from the losses of their users, so if users generate profits, the broker will pay from the broker's own cash (not purely obtained from the actual market). If you trade with this type of Dealing Desk broker, make sure you put your funds with a Dealing Desk broker that is legal and registered (regulated) by the government as a brokerage firm and has a good reputation. - See more at: http://brokerforex.com/#sthash.aNIsVElo.dpuf
