Brokers considered legal in Indonesia are brokers or futures brokerage companies whose headquarters are in Indonesia and have obtained a license or are regulated by Bappebti (Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency).
Whereas JustForex brokers have their headquarters in St Vincent And The Grenadines, and are also regulated by the regulatory body of that country. To our knowledge, this broker does not have a branch office in Indonesia. Therefore, by the authorities in Indonesia, JustForex brokers are considered illegal.
