In a Cent account, the currency unit is US Cents or 0.01 of the stated Dollar value.
If you have a profit of 457.10 Dollars, then the value is 457.10 USD Cents. If the current USD/IDR (US Dollar exchange rate against the Rupiah) is 14350, then 1 USD Cent = Rp. 14350 / 100 = Rp. 143.50.
Thus, the value of your profit is = 457.10 x Rp. 143.50 = Rp. 65593.85.
