Having trouble withdrawing funds from Be-Trader Ltd

I want to ask, yesterday I joined BE-Trader with a 11 million investment with trading master Mr. Abdul Karim. However, he created an account for me in BE-Trader Ltd and asked me to withdraw funds from there, but I have difficulty withdrawing and it always stays pending... I seek your enlightenment, master.
