As far as my knowledge and experience go, this is not a problem. Because I personally often log in to trading accounts on Meta Trader PC and Mobile (Android) simultaneously through 1 IP, and this does not pose any obstacles. The key is one trading account, which can be accessed on multiple devices (whether using 1 IP or different IPs) simultaneously.
However, sometimes some brokers prohibit this. This is commonly applied if the broker is holding a trading contest. So during the contest, there is a rule stating that one account can only be accessed using one IP address. Some even regulate that one trading account can only be accessed using one device. If a trader is caught violating this, the trader will be disqualified from the trading contest.
