Demo Account Doesn't Have Technical Indicators?

Yes. OctaFx itself definitely has a demo account for MT4. But I'm not comfortable with the look of MT4 and can be said to still not fully understand it.

If you don't want to use the Metatrader 4 (MT4) platform, please look for other brokers who use platforms other than MT4.

Whether or not technical indicators are available depends on the trading platform. Both demo and real accounts should have the same access to indicators. If, in your case, technical indicators are not appearing, by default no indicators are displayed when opening a chart window. You must insert the indicators you want to use into the chart by clicking the Insert > Indicators menu.
