Can MT5 be customized to the broker's/Robot EA's preferences?

Master, I just saw on Twitter that Desmon Wira has a Robot EA Auto Trade Gold with Lego Market broker but the trading results look modified. For example, for the XAUUSD pair, the price is already at 1891 but suddenly it can open a sell at 1892, which is very strange.

So, it means that Lego Market broker and Auto Trader Gold are working together to create fake profit results. Does this mean that MT5 can be adjusted according to the broker's wishes and the results follow the broker's wishes and the Robot EA? If initial clients are given profit to attract other clients to believe and join, is this a ponzi scheme, Master?
